Accessibility statement
What is in place, what is not, and how to give me feedback.
Goal
The quality goal of this website is WCAG 2.2, level AA. This statement describes the tested state and does not confirm full conformance. The menu alone does not establish conformance.
What is in place
The site can be used with a keyboard, focus is visible, and two skip links lead to the content and to the accessibility menu. Headings and landmarks are marked up semantically, and images have alternative text.
You can reach the accessibility menu through the floating button, the header, the mobile menu, the skip link or with Alt + Shift + B. It offers text size, colour schemes, hiding images, typeface, line, letter and word spacing, reading ruler and mask, link highlighting, pausing animations, stopping auto-play, enhanced focus and extended assistance.
Graphics and the ticker respect the system setting “reduce motion” and the switches in the menu. The website sets no cookies and embeds no third-party services. The CV is available as an HTML page and as a PDF.
Known limitations
Labels in SVG graphics follow browser zoom and the size of the graphic, but not the chosen typeface or text size. The same statement appears as text next to them.
The PDF of the CV has not been tested as an accessible PDF (PDF/UA). The HTML version has the same content.
Not tested: real screen readers, real mobile devices, and magnification software.
